Workshop Details

Join Iris & Maxime Le Royer for a deep immersion into the powerful elements of rhythm and sound! During these 4 days of training you will learn simple and accessible tools to open and deepen your connection to your voice, as well as practical ways to play and express your musical creativity with intuitive instruments.

This training is accessible to anyone who wants to explore the power of their voice and learn to play an instrument, with or without any prior musical experience.

Rhythm is present in all life aspects through pulses and cycles, and this training is designed to help you connect to your innate sense of rhythm through embodied rhythmic journeys

As you dive into the rhythmic nature of your being, you will connect more clearly to your raw energy and creativity, and explore ways to express them artfully. Expanding your skills of deep listening, resonance, coordination and adaptability will allow you to support your work, share your talents and express your creative flow with your voice and intuitive instruments.

If you are a BBTRS facilitator, learning to deepen your listening skills (how you hear, Feel and attune to the rhythms and vibrations in and around you) will be very helpful to develop your capacity for resonance, and thus facilitate from a grounded and connected state.

Furthermore, live music played from a resonant state is a powerful addition to support the integration phase of your clients after a transformative breathwork session.
