This BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) training workshop, facilitated by BBTRS® founder Giten Tonkov and group workshop facilitator Prema McKeever, is suitable for aspiring and existing practitioners, as well as anybody wanting to purely experience this powerful work and focus on their own healing process. There are no prerequisites for participating in this training workshop.
This fully experiential training workshop is designed to deepen your understanding and application of the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System®.
During the training, you will receive and learn how to give individual BBTRS® sessions combining the 6 elements of Breath, Movement, Touch, Sound, Conscious Emotional Expression & Meditation. You will learn and experience the skillful application of these elements through daily session exchanges and specially designed exercises to support your in-person work. This integration of theory and practice will effectively teach you how to support your clients in this gentle yet powerful trauma-informed approach.
Upon completion of the first training workshop, participants can choose to continue with the BBTRS® Online Course to study for BBTRS® practitioner certification, or re-visit our workshops on a purely experiential basis. For students of the online course, the first training workshop can be taken anytime before or during the 5-month online course. The second training workshop needs to be taken after completing the online course as a prerequisite for BBTRS® practitioner certification for both online & in-person work. Anybody wishing to receive BBTRS® practitioner certification needs to have completed two training workshops at any worldwide location as well as our 260-hr online course, plus assignments.
Nestled in the picturesque Valle de Guadalupe in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, Osho Gran Kuxtal was purposefully designed as a haven for retreats and training programs. Today, it continues to be a hub for transformative ceremonies and enriching workshops.
Rancho Osho Gran Kuxtal offers a serene and inviting ambiance, with sweeping vistas of the Valley’s majestic mountains. This idyllic setting is well-suited for groups, couples, and families, and it’s conveniently located approximately 30 minutes away from the beach by car.
The accommodations are comprised of several charming buildings, most of which feature double or triple occupancy options, as well as a mixed-gender dormitory that accommodates up to eight individuals. We also provide a limited number of single rooms for those seeking solitude. Embracing Mexican aesthetics, our space is suffused with abundant natural light, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere far removed from the bustle of the city.
If your journey commences at San Diego Airport, you can anticipate a 2.5-hour drive to reach Osho Gran Kuxtal, depending on traffic conditions. To facilitate your travel, we can assist you in coordinating shared rides with fellow participants. Alternatively, you can opt for the San Diego Trolley, which departs every 15 to 30 minutes. Simply board the Blue Line marked “San Ysidro/Tijuana Border,” embarking on a 30-minute journey to the Tijuana border. Upon arrival, follow the crowd as they traverse the platform and head left, where signs directing you to “MEXICO” will guide your way. Proceed through the turnstile gate, complete the necessary customs procedures with your foreign passport, and obtain a tourist permit. Once you’ve crossed the border, we’ll arrange for your shared transportation to Osho Gran Kuxtal.
For travellers arriving at Tijuana Airport, we’ll also facilitate shared rides to transport you to Osho Gran Kuxtal, a journey spanning approximately 1.5 hours. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities throughout your entire journey.
In addition to the course fees, participants are required to pay for accommodation & food at our venue.
Cost of all food and housing for the training:
Single room: 17,850 pesos
Double room: 14,280 pesos
Triple room: 11,900 pesos
Your payment for housing must be made in pesos upon your arrival at the retreat center.
A $500 USD deposit is required to secure your space.
