Refund Policy & Attendance Changes & COVID POLICY

 

We do not offer refunds. If you need to change your attendance to this training, we will do our best to accommodate you through the option of attending a different BBTRS training on a different date and/or location based on availability and within a year of the original training. There is a $150 administrative fee for changing training dates/locations, plus any difference in the cost of the two trainings.

Please note that this option is not transferable to another person.


For processing change requests, please note that we require a minimum of 30-days’ notice before the booked initial BBTRS training starts.

 

If you are attending an In-Person training, we strongly advise obtaining travel insurance to protect against potential changes or regulations related to COVID-19. 

No transfer or change requests can be done within a 2 week window of the assigned training. Any change requests or non attendance due to unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from putting in a change request before the two week window before the training start date will be forfeited and any payment made towards the training will no longer be transferrable.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel this BBTRS Training, we will refund you the full amount, excluding any currency exchange and bank platform fees incurred.

COVID Event attendee waiver.

The BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Institute remains current with policy and procedures during the COVID–19 pandemic. The safety and well–being of our students is our top priority. We have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID–19 virus; however, under no circumstances are we able to guarantee that you will not become infected with the virus while at a training. Therefore, participate at your own risk.
By accepting this event attendee waiver and release of liability form, I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of COVID–19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to the virus and become affected as a result. I understand the risk of becoming infected may impact community members, event guests, and event attendees’ families or personal contacts.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability, or death related to contracting the virus while attending a BBTRS training. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless BBTRI from any claims arising out of COVID-19.

I understand and agree that release of liability includes any claims towards BBTRI, the founders, personnel, representatives, venues, and students whether a COVID-19 infection occurrence exists before, during, or after attendance and participation in a BBTRS training. I agree to be bound by all terms of this waiver.


Waiver of liability and hold harmless.

As one of the conditions of my participation, I expressly release BBTRI, its students, agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising from or related to my participation in its activities, including accidents, medical, personal, etc.


Mental Health Acknowledgment and Responsibility.

I recognize the importance of good mental health for my safe participation in the BBTRS training. I hereby pledge to promptly notify BBTRI of any issues or concerns with my mental health that might affect my participation. I further understand and agree that I am solely responsible for consulting with my own therapists, doctors, or other healthcare professionals regarding my mental health and that BBTRI is not responsible for providing or ensuring such consultation or support.



If you decide to obtain full professional certification:

ADDITIONAL FEES & REQUIREMENTS APPLY

 

All students must take four sessions with a mentor on our team, priced at $110/session, as part of the certification. This is not included in the above prices and is payable to the respective mentor upon booking.

In addition, students who choose to study for the full practitioner certification training must attend three 8-day or 12-day In-Person workshops at any worldwide location, priced from $2,030 to $2,395 per training + food and accommodations (from $300 to $1320 per training). These trainings are NOT included in the online course price; additional fees are payable on registration for any chosen workshop.

Data Retention. Subject to any mandatory obligations to delete data, your information may be retained by us and in our Third-Party Agent portal, server logs, databases and records. Minors. We will never knowingly collect any personal information about individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. Security. We endeavor to safeguard and protect our Account holders’ information. When Account holders submit personally identifiable information to the Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release Institute’s website/ Affiliate Program, their personally identifiable information is protected both online and offline. When our registration process asks registrants to submit information such as bank account information and/or credit card information (“Payment Information”), and when we transmit such Payment Information, that Payment Information is encrypted and protected. The Third-Party Agent servers that we utilize to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure physical environment. The Third-Party Agent has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of personally identifiable information stored on its servers.
In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, we shall notify you and any applicable regulatory agencies in the event that we learn of an information security breach with respect to your personally identifiable information. You will be notified via e-mail in the event of such a breach.

Deleting and Updating Your Information. If you would like to delete or update the personally identifiable information that we have collected from you, simply email us. Terms and Confidentiality Agreement

Please make sure that you read the full text and that you agree with every detail mentioned here. It is very important that you confirm this agreement before attending any of our events.

By registering, I understand that I am required to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of demo clients and my fellow participant’s attendance regarding anything they’ve shared or processed.

By registering, I agree this will be a safe space of openness where cultural, historical, generational, societal, and personal differences are respected without verbal or physical judgment, criticism, or harm.

By registering, I am aware that recording equipment maybe be present during this workshop. If I ask a question my voice will be recorded and I may appear on video. This video may be posted on the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release™ website, YouTube, FaceBook, and other media outlets.
If I do not want to appear on video it is my responsibility to inform the course facilitators at the beginning of course. In this case I will not be videoed.

By registering, I understand that I may be presented with the opportunity to participate in a recorded demonstration session in front of the class. I understand that my participation is voluntary. We may pause or discontinue my participation at my discretion or the discretion of BBTRI course facilitator or another Faculty member. I acknowledge that demonstration sessions may include questions about my personal trauma history and/or my emotional and psychological states. My decision to reveal such information is entirely voluntary. I am under no obligation to share anything I do not want to.

II understand that the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Workshop & Training can be physically and emotionally intense. By registering, I agree that neither Alexander ‘Giten’ Tonkov, Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release™ Institute, nor any of its staff, coordinators, assistants, faculty members, technicians, affiliates, the venue, or representatives have any responsibility or liability for physical or emotional harm, property loss or damage that may result from attendance at or travel to and from the Workshop and I hereby release them from all claims in connection with my attendance of this workshop.

I acknowledge that I am required to inform the staff about relevant psychiatric history, infectious diseases, drug use, and all present health conditions before participation in the training. I understand that no refunds are provided under any circumstance after the beginning of the workshop. I understand that BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release Institute (BBTRI) Staff reserve the right to request termination of my participation if I have not complied with all of the above guidelines, and/or if BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Institute’s staff deems it not suitable for me to continue at any point in the workshop.
