To address these challenges, our founder Giten Tonkov has designed a guided Home Practice that ensures you stay engaged and receive the maximum benefits from your practice.
Our curated experience consists of a series of guided sessions aimed at facilitating deep personal transformation. By following structured sessions at your own pace, you can reconnect with your body, release emotional blockages, and unlock your full potential. This approach is particularly advantageous for those without access to in-person workshops or who prefer the flexibility of home practice.
The Journey Overview
Our home-practice breathwork journey includes seven sessions, each crafted to address different aspects of your being by focusing on various “belts” of tension in the body. This method aligns with the principles of the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®), which integrates the body’s energy flow with emotional release.

Session 1: Foundational Principles and Breath Techniques
Begin by learning the core principles of BBTRS® and mastering foundational breath techniques. This foundational session sets the stage for effective and transformative practice.
Session 2: Addressing Fight-or-Flight Responses
Focus on completing unresolved fight-or-flight responses. This session targets areas such as the top of the head and eyes, which are often tense from vigilance and may contribute to headaches.
Session 3: Express Yourself and Regain Flexibility
Activate your ability to express yourself and restore flexibility to the neck and jaw. This session addresses unresolved emotions like anger and frustration stored in these areas.
Session 4: Releasing Chest Armoring for Connection
Work on releasing protective armoring around the chest to foster natural impulses for connection. This session targets the chest, shoulders, and upper back, which are often linked to emotional injury.
Session 5: Softening Rib Cage Armoring for Deeper Breath
Release tension around the rib cage and abdomen to promote deeper breathing and alleviate physical armoring. Focus on the waist, belly, and diaphragm, central to emotions and nourishment.
Session 6: Grounding Energy and Unlocking Sexuality
Introduce movement into the lower back to ground energy and unlock stagnant energy around sexuality. This session focuses on the pelvis and lower limbs, connected to power and grounding.
Session 7: Reflecting on Progress and Integration
Review your practice and assess the body’s openness and integration from the previous sessions. This final session is about consolidating your progress and integrating the insights gained.
