Felt Sense | Special Skills Breathwork Training with Giten Tonkov

What you’ll experience

A journey into Felt Sense

This Special Skills Breathwork Training is led by Giten Tonkov, Founder of BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (BBTRS®). With his singular approach to the modality, he will take you on an immersive, experiential, deep dive into the concept of Felt Sense. You will walk away with a richer sense of yourself—as well as solid tools to use in everyday life that support you in managing the level of activation and presence in your physical body.

Even for those of you who are familiar with BBTRS®, please note that this workshop has a special focus. As we apply the modality’s 6 Elements, the goal is to experience the Felt Sense—to remain present with physical sensations—while not attaching meaning to what we feel. When you’re feel in this way, then sensations lose their “charge.” They lose their connection to any emotional responses or behaviors that might have been attached to past trauma—and we become “unstuck.”

In this special skills breathwork training, you will:

  • Unlock the door to your Felt Sense
  • Feel without attachment
  • Release any tension associated with each successive feeling
  • Learn specific techniques that lead to a new, fun relationship with your physical body

This gentle process allows you to go out into the world and be present in any situation, without being overwhelmed by emotions, bodily responses, or memories. This means that your past no longer informs your automatic response to the present.
