Settle, release, and reconnect—gently
Our retreats offer a powerful process of purpose and real change. Join our 7-day BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) Training in Bali — an in-person immersion that combines deep somatic healing with the natural beauty of the Indonesian landscape.
Settle your nervous system, release held tension, and reconnect with your body—guided by BBTRS®’s Six Elements (Breath, Movement, Sound, Touch, Emotion, Meditation). Sessions are consent-led, paced, and designed to keep you resourced throughout the week.
A safe place to unwind tension and feel more like yourself
Across seven days, we’ll guide your nervous system toward steadier ground. You’ll learn to sense more, push less, and build capacity so relief lasts beyond the retreat.
You’re in the right place if…
- You want a safe, structured way to explore breathwork and embodied healing without overwhelm
- You’re ready for a week dedicated to your inner work, with skilled guidance
- You’re a practitioner or student seeking a deeper, personal immersion in BBTRS®
