What you’ll experience

Embodied, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitation Training

Our retreats provide immersive breathwork training for practitioners, facilitators, yoga teachers and anyone working with people who is ready to experience deep somatic and trauma healing and also learn to guide trauma-informed breathwork safely and ethically.

The Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System teaches you technique, while also giving you the intuitive guidance and nervous-system literacy to work safely with what actually shows up in your clients.

The BBTRS Six Elements (Breath, Movement, Sound, Touch, Emotion and Meditation) and associated learned somatic techniques deepen with each training retreat, giving your capacity and embodiment of this work a greater depth and effectiveness, both in your own nervous system, and in your capacity to guide others in one-on-one sessions.

This Training Retreat is ideal for:
  • A therapist, coach or bodyworker wanting to work with trauma
  • A facilitator-in-training or career-changer ready to hold space responsibly
  • BBTRS® graduates working towards advanced certification
  • Individuals seeking personal development and inner connection

This workshop welcomes both personal-growth participants and trainees. It also counts toward the in-person component of BBTRS® Advanced Professional Practitioner Certification.
