Embodied, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitation Training
Our retreats provide immersive breathwork training for practitioners, facilitators, yoga teachers and anyone working with people who is ready to experience deep somatic and trauma healing and also learn to guide trauma-informed breathwork safely and ethically.
The Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System teaches you technique, while also giving you the intuitive guidance and nervous-system literacy to work safely with what actually shows up in your clients.
The BBTRS Six Elements (Breath, Movement, Sound, Touch, Emotion and Meditation) and associated learned somatic techniques deepen with each training retreat, giving your capacity and embodiment of this work a greater depth and effectiveness, both in your own nervous system, and in your capacity to guide others in one-on-one sessions.
Become a Grounded, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator
In this Training Retreat you will:
- Build real embodied capacity to guide trauma-informed breathwork safely, resulting in an intuitive based nervous-system framework that lives in your body, not just your head
- Develop genuine confidence in your facilitation which is grounded in competence, confidence and healing of your own trauma
- Experience this work in your own system first, because you can only take others as far as you've gone yourself
- Release what you have been carrying, so you can hold others without it getting in the way
Leave ready to bring this work to people with integrity, safety and intuitive nervous system awareness

Yes. This immersion fulfils one of the three required in-person trainings for the Advanced Professional Practitioner Certification (for those on the practitioner track). Participants seeking an experience focused on their own personal development are also welcome and encouraged.

Not necessarily. BBTRS® avoids forced catharsis; we work within your capacity using pacing, consent, and titration. Strong sensations can arise, but we let the body lead so change integrates rather than overwhelms your system. You can always slow down, observe, or pause—no force, no breath holds.
