Learn the BBTRS® Method
Six Elements. One Integrated System.
Our six-element method combines breath, movement, sound, touch, emotional expression, and meditation in a precise sequence that supports the nervous system’s natural capacity to regulate and heal.
Entry point to awareness and regulation. Helps energy move safely through the nervous system.
Frees tension where the body has contracted. Restores natural rhythm and flow.
Supports emotional and energetic expression. Discharge held charge without needing words.
Grounds the body in safety and containment. Mindful contact to regulate intensity.
Integrates feeling with physical experience. Allows charge to resolve and balance to return.
Presence and integration. Anchors self-regulation after activation.
Frees tension where the body has contracted.
Supports emotional and energetic expression.
Grounds the body in safety and containment.
Integrates feeling with physical experience.
Presence and integration.

I was feeling lost despite achieving material success. My journey with BBTRS® began in Costa Rica, where a breathwork session awakened something deep within me. This training helped me reconnect with myself and discover my true purpose beyond external expectations.
I realized my passion for supporting others through the knowledge I gained. This experience has transformed my perspective on healing—it’s about personal growth and building a supportive community.

Studying BBTRS® online allowed me to learn from the comfort of my home, making it accessible no matter where I was in the world. The flexibility of online training meant I could participate without needing to commit to a full two-week program.
Being part of weekly sessions helped me regulate my emotions and stay present in my daily life. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to access this training online—it made a significant difference in my journey.

My journey through BBTRS has been truly transformative. Discovering Gitton’s work opened my eyes to a softer, more profound healing practice. The recent training in Bali deepened my understanding and connection, empowering me to support others on their healing journeys. I highly recommend these trainings for anyone seeking personal growth or aspiring to be a practitioner!

What Readers Say About Feel to Heal

I am encouraged by the promise of this book, this approach! I’m new to Giton’s work, and this book is a perfect way to explore and use his approach to help myself heal from trauma. I’ve had those tremors and didn’t know what it was or what do do with them. My understanding is that this work, which I’m learning about from this book, releases the tension remaining in my tissues after traumatic experiences. For me, breast cancer surgery and treatment, and the loss of a child.
Through this approach, at home, with my community of healers, I’m looking forward to using what I’m learning in this book to move the trauma out of my body. Old stuff but also the stress and tension of modern life. I bet there’s trauma that I don’t even know the source of exactly that’s stuck in me!
Thank you Giton. You are helping others to help them (me) live more free and fulfilling lives. Bravo!

I ordered this book as part of a Breathwork certification program I am attending. It is an excellent book that provides an in-depth explanation of Tonkov's 6 Component Method and it contains an extensive Notes and Bibliography section siting references for his body of work. I would highly recommend it to anyone exploring body centered work personally or as a private practice working with clients.
JK
An interesting and enjoyable book. Knowing next to nothing about the topic but open to new and not mainstream modalities, I read it because a friend recommended it to me. I expected it might be rather dry; I was pleased it was not. The examples used and the photos of positions and diagrams help explain the techniques. The book transitions nicely from chapter to chapter, and the 'how to' instructions are clear and thorough. A sweet gift to give to those of us who have experienced trauma and seek a nurturing and loving way to release it from our bodies. Well done.

This book is an incredible resource for anyone wanting to understand more about body-oriented ways of trauma healing. It is a rich exploration of the use of breathwork, how to support the nervous system to come out of freeze and back into regulation, and gives wonderful case examples of how this work has benefited others. I really appreciated the great mixture of scientific evidence and personal stories that weave together to give a very complete understanding of the BioDynamic Breathwork process. And there are many helpful exercises you can experiment with at home as well!
