What You’ll Gain
Graduate Ready to Guide Trauma-informed breathwork
- Structure 1:1 sessions with safety and clarity
- Reduce overwhelm with pacing and titration
- Work with patterns (7 Belts of Tension, developmental themes)
- Hold boundaries, articulate scope and ethics
- Explain the method simply to clients
The BBTRS® Method
Six elements. One coherent system.
- Breath — entry to awareness and regulation
- Movement — frees held tension
- Sound — supports expression and discharge
- Touch — grounds and contains
- Emotion — integrates feeling with body
- Meditation — presence and integration
It’s not about pushing for big releases or altered states. BBTRS® takes a gentler path — we stay within the body’s window of tolerance, working slowly and with consent, so the nervous system can truly integrate change rather than be overwhelmed.
