A Step-by-Step Path to Certification
Lay the groundwork for safe, embodied facilitation by experiencing the BBTRS® method in your own body.
You’ll explore how trauma lives in the body and how the 6 Elements of BBTRS® — Breath, Movement, Sound, Touch, Emotion, and Meditation — support natural regulation and release.
Learn key principles of trauma safety and develop your own capacity for self-awareness and resilience.

Outcome:
By the end of Module 1, you’ll have a grounded understanding of your own embodied process and how to create safety for clients from the inside out.
Transform personal experience into professional skill through guided mentorship, self-bodywork, and live facilitation practice.
You’ll learn how to structure sessions, track client responses, and support trauma release safely — while continuing your own self-bodywork practice to stay regulated and attuned.

By the end of Module 2, you’ll feel confident facilitating 1:1 BBTRS® sessions within a trauma-informed, ethical framework.
Learn within a supportive community guided by senior BBTRS® faculty.
Throughout the training, you’ll meet in small study pods and supervision circles to exchange sessions, receive feedback, and integrate learning.

- Small-group mentorship sessions
- Peer practice and integration circles

Outcome:
By the end of this phase, you’ll have an experienced support network and a deep sense of community in your facilitation journey.
Turn learning into confidence through guided practice, case studies, and structured evaluation.
You’ll complete 35 documented practice sessions with mentor feedback, plus 7 student session exchanges, case-study notes, and an online quiz.
Supplementary webinar courses help you deepen understanding and integrate theory into practice.
